Step 1: Visit the CRCS Refund Portal website –

Step 2: Click on “Depositor Registration,” enter your 12-digit Membership Number, the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar Number, your 10-digit Aadhaar linked Mobile Number, and a captcha. Press “Get OTP.”

Step 3: Enter the OTP received on the Aadhaar linked Mobile Number to complete the registration process.

Sahara Refund Claiming Process:

The claiming process involves several steps for a successful refund:

Step 1: Log in with the last four digits of the Aadhaar number, Aadhaar-linked mobile number, and captcha. Click “Get OTP.”

Step 2: Enter the OTP received on the Aadhaar linked Mobile Number.

Step 3: Accept terms and conditions, enter a 12-digit Aadhaar number, and click “Get OTP” on the Personal Details Screen. Enter OTP and press “Verify OTP.”

Step 4: Enter additional details and click on “Add Claim.” Depositors can add multiple Claim Details.

Step 5: Generate a Prefilled Claim Request Form, affix a recent photograph, and sign across the photo and form.

Step 6: Upload the Claim Form and a copy of the PAN Card to the “Upload Documents” screen.

Step 7: A thank-you page with a Claim Request Number will be displayed for future reference.
