Log in to the Portal
Visit the EPFO e-SEWA portal and log in using your UAN and password. Enter the captcha code. If you've forgotten your password, reset it via OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Visit Online Claims Section
After logging in, find 'claim (Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D)' in the 'online services' section. This is where you'll initiate your withdrawal process.
Enter Bank Account Details
In this section, provide your correct bank account number linked to your UAN for verification purposes.
Confirm Terms & Conditions
Verify your details and agree to the EPFO's Terms and Conditions. Click 'proceed for online claim' to continue.
Select Reason for Withdrawal
Choose your reason for withdrawing from the dropdown menu. Options shown will be based on your eligibility.
Enter Details and Upload Documents
Depending on your selected reason, provide your complete address and upload cheque/passbook details for 'Advance Claim.' Accept additional 'Terms and Conditions' and request an OTP for verification.
Get Aadhaar OTP
Confirm details, accept terms, and request an OTP. It'll be sent to your Aadhaar-registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to submit your claim application.
Track Claim Status
After submitting your claim, log into your member e-SEWA portal to track your claim's status. EPFO officials will match your data and process your claim upon verification.
Amount Credited to Your Account
Upon successful verification, EPFO will process your claim. The withdrawn amount will be credited to your bank account linked with your UAN.
