Due to\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">several issues, the reconciliation of the statement for FORM GSTR-9C has been extended\u00a0<strong>from August 31, 2019, to November 30<\/strong><\/span><strong>,<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> 2019<\/strong>. This is the tax that had to be paid for the financial year 2017 \u2013 2018\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>The proceedings were as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On August 26th, the Ministry of Finance issued an order, RoD No. 07\/2019-CT, in New Delhi, India, regarding the GST update for general taxpayers other than Input Service Distributors. <span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">This was categorized under Sections 51 and 52, where non-resident taxable persons and casual taxable persons are subjected to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kanakkupillai.com\/online-gst-registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>GST<\/strong><\/a> for every financial year, which is now furnished with an added service of an electronic annual return calculator.<\/span> It was expected to be filled out, and payment should have been made on or before December 31st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0of every financial year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the purpose of introducing the electronic device for GST payment was not fulfilled, due to some technical problems. It was filed under the sub-section (1) of section 44 by a few taxpayers.
