  3. Submission of the Application (Filing using Form TM-A): <\/strong>Submit the application, providing the applicant\u2019s details, remitting the requisite fees, listing services\/goods (under the NICE standards), and the mark for branding.<\/li>\n
  4. Examination of the Application:<\/strong> The Trademark Registry subjects applications for registration to examination against Section 9 (absolute grounds regarding inherent distinctiveness) and Section 11 (relative bars, such as potential conflict with existing marks.<\/li>\n
  5. Publication of the Mark:<\/strong> Following acceptance, the mark is published in the Trademark Journal for four months to allow any third party to file an opposition.<\/li>\n
  6. Registration of the Trademark: <\/strong>After the publication period, if no opposition is filed, the registration certificate is awarded. This certificate establishes your exclusive ownership rights and serves as verified documentation of your legal title.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
