This would include the land ownership details along with easy access to the electronic passbook, which would display property tax payment, the due amount of tax, and such other details. The linking of Aadhar Number and Khata Number with the land can also be checked using this digital platform established by the Government.<\/p>\n<h2>What are the Services Available under this?<\/h2>\n<p>The Meebhoomi\u00a0Portal provides the following services\u00a0to its users:<br \/>\n\u2013 Viewing of the Village Maps of the State<br \/>\n\u2013 Viewing of Landownership details<br \/>\n\u2013 Viewing of Land Conversion details<br \/>\n\u2013 Viewing of the Electronic Passbook<br \/>\n\u2013 Viewing of Field Measurement Book<br \/>\n\u2013 View the details of Aadhar linked to land records<br \/>\n\u2013 Viewing of the details of the field measurement and its book<br \/>\n\u2013 View the details of court cases and such details pertaining to the court<br \/>\n\u2013 Downloading of the Adangal<br \/>\n\u2013 Downloading the Record of Right, which is 1-b.<\/p>\n<h2>Adangal \u2013 Meaning<\/h2>\n<p>The Tahsildar issues a land document, which would then be maintained by the village administrators, and this document is known as the Adangal. This can be used by the users during the sale of land or purchase of land, as it would provide the following details pertaining to a land:<br \/>\n\u2013 The landowner\u2019s names<br \/>\n\u2013 The land area in total<br \/>\n\u2013 Khata Number<br \/>\n\u2013 Land revenue details<br \/>\n\u2013 Survey number and the Hissa of the land<br \/>\n\u2013 Liabilities held by the owner of the land (current)<br \/>\n\u2013 Resources \u2013 Water and Land Cultivation<br \/>\n\u2013 Crops that are grown on the land<br \/>\n\u2013 Nature \u2013 Procession of land<br \/>\n\u2013 Classification of the soil on the land.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Download Adangal using Meebhoomi Portal?<\/h2>\n<p>Both the landowners and the general public belonging to the state of AP can use the Meebhoomi portal for downloading the Adangal, and for this, they should necessarily follow the steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the Meebhoomi online portal using the following link: \u2018http:\/\/meebhoomi.ap.gov.in\/\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Now, on the panel at the top of the homepage, click on the tab named \u2018Adangal\u2019. A drop-down list with two options namely, \u2018Your Adangal\u2019 and the \u2018Village Adangal\u2019 would appear. From which the user should choose one.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>iii. There will be appearing a new screen will appear asking to choose any of the following options, namely:<br \/>\n\u2013 Survey Number, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Account Number, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Aadhar Number, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Automation Records.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Now enter the \u2018District Name\u2019, \u2018Zone Name\u2019, \u2018Village Name\u2019, \u2018Survey Number\u2019 (if chosen) and then enter the code which is given in the box and then click the \u2018Click\u2019 button given at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>All fields are mandatory and must be completed.<\/li>\n<li>On \u2018Click\u2019, it will take you to the next screen where the Adangal will be displayed. And the user can print the same by clicking on the \u2018Print\u2019 button given at the bottom centre of the Adangal page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Record of Rights \u2013 1-b Meaning<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The 1-b document provides the user with the land ownership details and will be maintained by the Tahsildar at the Village level. This is considered to be an important document related to land and is maintained by the Department of Revenue of the State of AP with the Tahsildar of each village as earlier stipulated.<br \/>\nThe 1-b document can be used for obtaining any funds or bank loans, court proceedings, and verifying the information of the person selling the land or property. It shall provide the following details:<br \/>\n\u2013 Details of the land revenue<br \/>\n\u2013 Classification of the land<br \/>\n\u2013 Khata number and also the survey number of the land<br \/>\n\u2013 Khatedar\u2019s name<br \/>\n\u2013 Father\u2019s name of the Khatedar<br \/>\n\u2013 The size or extent of the property or land held by the Khatedar.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Download 1-b Document using Meebhoomi Portal?<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the Meebhoomi online portal using the following link: \u2018http:\/\/meebhoomi.ap.gov.in\/\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Now, on the panel at the top of the homepage, click on the tab named \u20181-b\u2019. A drop-down list with two options namely, \u2018Your 1-b\u2019 and the \u2018Village 1-b\u2019 would appear. From which the user should choose one.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>iii. There will be appearing a new screen will appear asking to choose any of the following options, namely:<br \/>\n\u2013 Survey Number, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Account Number, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Aadhar Number, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Name of the graduate, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Automation Records.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Now enter the \u2018District Name\u2019, \u2018Zone Name\u2019, \u2018Village Name\u2019, \u2018Survey Number\u2019 (if chosen) and then enter the code which is given in the box and then click the \u2018Click\u2019 button given at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>All fields are mandatory and must be completed.<\/li>\n<li>This will enlist the details of the survey number, Khata number, the name of the landowner and his father\u2019s name at the bottom of the screen. Here, click on the Khata number or landowner name as underlined, and the 1-b document can be viewed in detail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>vii. Now, it will take you to the next screen where the 1-b document will be displayed. And the user can print the same by clicking on the \u2018Print\u2019 button given at the bottom centre of the 1-b document displaying the page.<\/p>\n<h2>Viewing of Mutation Details using the Meebhoomi Portal<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the Meebhoomi online portal using the following link: \u2018http:\/\/meebhoomi.ap.gov.in\/\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Now, on the panel at the top of the homepage, click on the tab named \u20181-b\u2019. A drop-down list with two options namely, \u2018Your 1-b\u2019 and the \u2018Village 1-b\u2019 would appear. From which choose the \u2018Your 1-b\u2019 option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>iii. There will be appearing a new screen will appear asking to choose any of the following options, namely:<br \/>\n\u2013 Survey Number, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Account Number, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Aadhar Number, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Name of the graduate, or<br \/>\n\u2013 Automation Records.<br \/>\nAnd on this page, on the right side above \u2018Automation Records\u2019 would be the \u2018Mutation information By Dategaum\u2019. Choose the same.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Now 1-b Mutation form will appear. Enter the \u2018District Name\u2019, \u2018Zone Name\u2019, \u2018Village Name\u2019, and also the date of Mutation and then click on the button named \u2018Submit\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>The mutation details will be listed below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Viewing of Village Maps using the Meebhoomi Portal<\/h2>\n<p>The following are the steps to be followed for viewing the village map using the Meebhoomi Portal:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the Meebhoomi online portal using the following link: \u2018http:\/\/meebhoomi.ap.gov.in\/\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Now, click on the tab named \u2018Village Map\u2019 given on the homepage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>iii. After which the \u2018\u2018District Name\u2019, \u2018Zone Name\u2019, and \u2018Village Name\u2019 should be filled in by selecting them from the drop-down list.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>And also enter the code given on the website and click the \u2018Click\u2019 button.<\/li>\n<li>The village map will be displayed on the next page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Checking of linking of Aadhar Number and Khata Number<\/h2>\n<p>The following are the steps to be followed:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the Meebhoomi online portal using the following link: \u2018http:\/\/meebhoomi.ap.gov.in\/\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Now, on the panel on the homepage, click the \u2018Aadhar\/Other Identities\u2019 tab and select the \u2018Aadhar Linking\u2019 option from the provided drop-down list of options.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>iii. And select the \u2018Account (Khata) number\u2019 or \u2018Aadhar Number\u2019 from the options provided at the top.<br \/>\nviii. After this, enter the \u2018District Name\u2019, \u2018Zone Name\u2019, \u2018Village Name\u2019, \u2018Account Number\u2019 (if chosen) and then enter the code which is given in the box and then click the \u2018Click\u2019 button given at the bottom.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Before this, the checkbox for user consent should also be checked.<\/li>\n<li>The details of the Aadhar linking with the respective Khata Number shall be listed below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Viewing Electronic Passbook using Meebhoomi Portal<\/h2>\n<p>The following steps shall be taken up:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the Meebhoomi online portal using the following link: \u2018http:\/\/meebhoomi.ap.gov.in\/\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Now, click on the tab named \u2018Electronic Passbook\u2019 on the homepage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>iii. Then select the \u2018Account (Khata) Number\u2019 or the \u2018Aadhar Number\u2019 option, which is given on the form.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>After this, the \u2018District Name\u2019, \u2018Zone Name\u2019, \u2018Village Name\u2019, \u2018Account Number\u2019 (if chosen), along with the mobile number and the code given in the box, should be entered. and then enter the \u2018Click\u2019 button given at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>This will generate the passbook of the land or property owner.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Viewing Land Conversion Details using Meebhoomi Portal<\/h2>\n<p>The following are the steps to be followed:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the Meebhoomi online portal using the following link: \u2018http:\/\/meebhoomi.ap.gov.in\/\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Then click on the tab named \u2018Land conversion details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>iii. Now enter the \u2018District Name\u2019, \u2018Zone Name\u2019, and \u2018Village Name\u2019 and also enter the \u2018Survey Number\u2019. Then click on the button named \u2018Submit\u2019.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The conversion details of the land, including the survey number, Khata number, Pattdar number, Pattdar extent, name of the father, the extent of conversion and the date of conversion, shall be displayed on the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Viewing Field Measurement Book using Meebhoomi Portal<\/h2>\n<p>The following steps shall be taken:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the Meebhoomi online portal using the following link: \u2018http:\/\/meebhoomi.ap.gov.in\/\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Now, click on the \u2018F.M.b\u2019 tab on the panel on the homepage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>iii. Then the \u2018District Name\u2019, \u2018Zone Name\u2019, \u2018Village Name\u2019, and the \u2018Survey Number\u2019 shall be entered along with the captcha code.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Now, the Click button should be entered, which would display the field measurement book.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Viewing Land Conversion Details using Meebhoomi Portal<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the Meebhoomi online portal using the following link: \u2018http:\/\/meebhoomi.ap.gov.in\/\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Now select the \u2018Others\u2019 tab on the home page. And then select the \u2018Details of Revenue Court Cases\u2019 from the drop-down list that is shown.<\/li>\n<li>It will then display a table with details pertaining to the district name, the number of cases in the name of the land or landowner before the Tahsildar court, cases with the Revenue Division Officer (RDO) Court, cases with the Joint Collectors Court Commissioner, and also the Commissioner of Appeals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Now, click on the number of respective court columns pertaining to a district, and it will bring in all the details of the cases.
