- Liaison with the various Government Authorities, such as Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, Company Law Board, Ministry of Corporate Affairs of the Government of India and to attend to the various matters for and on behalf of client companies
- Statutory Compliance Management and Corporate Governance issues for client companies. Formation of Joint Ventures in India with Foreign Equity Participation / Foreign Investment etc,
