Check PAN Card Status using UTIITSL

When applying under UTIITSL, do as follows:

  1. Visit https https://www.trackpan.utiitsl.com/PANONLINE/#forward
  2. Enter your 10-digit PAN (in case of change), and in new applications, enter the Application Coupon Number.
  3. Enter your date of birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format).
  4. To check the status of your application after you have applied online, just go to the PAN Card site page and press the button labelled as Submit.
  5. The information on this platform, such as the dispatch date and the expected delivery time, is also indicated.

Tracking PAN Status via Aadhaar Number (For Instant e-PAN)

  1. In that instance, in case you have applied for an instant e-PAN on Aadhaar, visit by clicking on https://www.incometax.gov.in/
  2. Click on the tab labelled as Instant e-PAN and then on Check Status/ Download PAN.
  3. Input your Aadhaar number and the OTP received in your registered mobile number.
  4. The screen will indicate the prevailing status of the e-PAN card.

What if PAN Card Status Shows an Error?

At times, PAN card tracking can display such messages as no record found ” or, acknowledged number is not valid. When such is the case:

  1. Make sure that the acknowledgement/coupon number is entered correctly
  2. It should be tracked for at least 48 hours after being submitted
