Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Act as a Front End Compliance Advisor, managing key accounts, coordinating client interactions, and overseeing payment follow-up and collections.
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Serve as the SPOC for document collection and coordinate with backend accountants for tasks including startup registration, ledger accounting, payroll processing, compliance with the Companies Act, intellectual property registration, trademark registration, professional tax returns, GST compliance and returns, and income tax returns.
- Client Support: Address client requests daily, resolving queries through phone coordination to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Engage in client calling for coordination and relationship management, focusing on collections with existing clients, and following up for the renewal of services and subscriptions, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
