Which Registrar of Companies handles Tamil Nadu?
Company incorporation applications filed through SPICe+ are processed through the MCA’s Central Registration Centre (CRC), so you do not need to visit a local RoC office to incorporate. After incorporation, the company is mapped to the Registrar of Companies (RoC) with jurisdiction over its registered office. LLP incorporation follows the MCA’s LLP process, and the LLP likewise falls under the RoC for its registered office.

How to register a company in Tamil Nadu
Choose your business structure and name. We do a preliminary check of the proposed name against existing companies and relevant trademark records.
Obtain Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) for the proposed directors and subscribers, as applicable.
Reserve the company name through SPICe+ Part A, either separately or together with the incorporation application.
File SPICe+ Part B with the MOA, AOA and applicable linked forms for incorporation, PAN/TAN, EPFO, ESIC and the bank-account application.
Receive the Certificate of Incorporation after MCA approval, with the company’s CIN, PAN and TAN.
